SAE is specially designed to give Gyratory motion to the sieve and the
perfect result in definite movement of material on screen. Material to be
sieved is to be fed in the center of the top screen, continuously, at steady
speed. The three dimensions generated by the special purpose
Vibro motor are such that on screen, the material moves in Radially on spirally
outward manner. In the process, The indersized material/ fines drops down from
the screen holes and oversize material, retained on mesh, is discharged
automatically and continuously from outlet spout. The material, which has fallen
below the mesh, also gets discharged from lower to spout similar. Such multiple
stages, having coarser to finer mesh stacked on each other perform smooth &
continuous gradation or screening operation.
